There are no refunds. Only store credit will be issued on returns with the shipping fee deducted.


We allow returns for store credit only and for items that is sent back to She Things Official in the same condition as originally shipped, with the shipping fee deducted. Returns must be requested within 24hours of receiving the item. Store credit will expire within 15 business days
of receiving. Exchanges can only be made for jewelry pieces that are in their original condition as received. 

You can make an exchange for: A different size/color. Another item of the same value. An item of more value and pay the difference.

We reserve the right to not accept a returned item if we believe the item was worn or damaged by the customer.

Can I return sale items?

No, all sale items are final sale as stated and can be found on the Sale page.

How can I request a return?

Once your item is returned to us, we will confirm the item(s) are in their original condition as purchased. If they are, we will issue you a store credit gift card with the amount of your purchase with the shipping fee deducted.

Can I return items bought with a discount code?

No, all discount code items are final sale items.

Do you offer free return shipping?

No, we work with external couriers and the shipping fee will be charged again upon return.
