How is my item being Shipped?
1. In-Person Shipping.
Once you choose this option at checkout, your order will be marked as confirmed and you will receive an email notification of your confirmed order. Your full Cash or Linx payment can be collected upon delivery at your preferred delivery location or made via the option: Credit or Debit Card Payment, Online Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit or Fast Deposit.
2. TTPOST Shipping.
Once you choose this option at checkout, you must also choose the payment option: Credit or Debit Card Payment, Online Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit or Fast Deposit. Once your order is confirmed, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days of the order date. We do not offer store credit or refunds for any delayed or lost packages through TTPOST.
3. Free Pick-Ups. (Rio Claro, Trinidad and Tobago)
Once you choose this option at checkout, your order will be marked as confirmed and you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with a message detailing your pick-up location and time. Only cash payment is accepted with Free Pick-Ups.
How can I make my payment? (More FAQs)
1. Credit or Debit Card Payment
Once you choose this option at checkout, you can proceed to make your full payment and your order will be marked as confirmed, ready to ship. We accept all credit card, debit cards and all local chip and pin cards.
2. Online Bank Transfer. Bank Deposit. Fast Deposit.
Once you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email notification detailing our banking information. Once your payment is made, you can reply to the message received by uploading a picture/screenshot message as your proof of payment along with your order number. Once your proof of payment is received, you order will be marked as confirmed and sent out for delivery.

8. What is your Covid-19 Shipping Policy?
Due to the current world pandemic Covid-19, please allow shipping times that can be delayed by 1-2 weeks or 4-6 weeks (depending on the country restrictions) for international. You will receive tracking for your order once it has shipped, but we do not offer returns or refunds for any delayed or lost packages in transit. International returns are also not accepted at this time.
